Sulphation

This is perhaps the most prevalent issue for lead-acid batteries. If a battery is left discharged for extended periods, lead sulfate crystals can form on the plates, reducing the battery's capacity to hold a charge.

Corrosion

Accumulation of corrosive material on battery terminals and cables impedes the flow of current, leading to poor connections and diminished power delivery.

Undercharging/Overcharging

Parasitic Drains
